What is HTML?
HTML stands for Hyper Text Markup Language. HTML is the major language of the World Wide Web. This is the language used to develop Websites and Webpages. With HTML and the Internet, you have the ability to bring together text, images, multimedia, and links. Plain text is used to create HTML files and this makes learning HTML very easy. In order to see what an HTML file looks like, go to a Webpage that you like and go to the View menu and click on Source. This will show you the HTML file that was created for this particular Webpage.
